VOLUNTEERING

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at an Indigenous event in our city, we accept contact information and pass it along to local Brandon organizations and event planning committees looking for help! If you are looking for more information for what events will be needing volunteers in the future, reach out using the contact information below.

Currently, we are in need of volunteers for Truth and Reconciliation Week which takes place on September 26th until October 1st. This week-long event is jam-packed with activity and there is a high need for volunteer power to make it run. There are many things that this event hopes to accomplish and that includes the three core values of commemoration, education and celebration. Please reach out if you are interested in supporting this event as a volunteer for whatever time you are able to give. You can sign up using the form below or you can reach out directly to the volunteer coordinator Debby Coombs-Dandy at trcvolunteer23@gmail.com
