INDIGENOUS EVENTS IN BRANDON

TRUTH & RECONCILIATION WEEK

SEPT. 26th-OCT. 1st
At the Riverbank Discovery Centre

Planning has begun for this year's Truth and Reconciliation Week events! Events will run similar to last year as we gather at the Riverbank for commemoration, education and celebration of Indigenous past, present and future. Join the collective of those that want to learn and take part in events such as the walk to the Brandon Residential School site, talks with the survivors, Indigenous performances as well as teachings such as Healing by the River.

There is a significant need for volunteers in order to run this event. Please head to the volunteer tab on our website to find out more about how to get involved at this event!
